The design and project planning your bathroom remodeling is one of the most important steps in the process of remodeling a bathroom. Planning your bathroom remodeling is not as easy as going to the store improvements home, buying some tiles, a toilet again, and some new accessories and return home to begin to break apart the bathroom. If you try this method, you will quickly realize that there is an effective and productive.

A major component of the proposed bathroom remodeling is constitutive your budget for your project .. To provide a starting point, I detailed the basic material costs to remodel a bathroom. Please realize that these costs are general estimates for remodeling a bathroom as a basic guide to setting your budget.

* Permits - I budgeted about 10% of total construction costs of the permits cost.

* Tile - $ 7 to $ 15 per square foot
- The cost for tile varies by the number of tiles required and the type of tile chosen

* Bath - $ 500.00
- This is the average cost of a 60 "long by 30" wide tub, 60 "long baths generally range in width from 30" to 36 "and height of 14 "to 18"
- Baths start at $ 1,000
- Whirlpool baths start at $ 1,500

* Vanity - a good estimate is $ 125 per linear foot vanity
- This amount is for a semi custom vanity made of maple, cherry, oak, with soft close drawers

* Materials Construction - $ 10 per square foot, this is a good starting point.
- Building materials include tile favor of thin, screws, drywall, joint compound, and etc.
- If you have a 5 foot by 8 foot bathroom is 40 square meters. I budget $ 400 for materials.

* Waste Container - $ 300

- Inspect the bathroom for a dedicated circuit to comply with a code of electrical current
- Update new electrical outlets, lights and installation
- Connect the flat heat
- Installing a bathroom fan switch
- Remove and replace light vanity

It is important to stay within their total budget. Once you have established a budget for items that are necessary, it is time to decide who will complete the work. Conduct a bathroom remodel can be a waste of time and the stressful situation if you decide to complete remodeling for your account. Some questions you should ask before attempting a remodel on their own are:
* Do you have the time to complete the renovation?

A bathroom can not be fully remodeled in a weekend. As a contractor, I suggest you develop a timeline for remodeling, and then add days extras. Some unforeseen problems occur. To save yourself unnecessary stress on the remodeling project, a platform for the timeline for at least a few days.

* Do you have the tools necessary to complete the renovation?

Whether you complete the remodel yourself or the decision to work with a contractor for this information should be helpful in deciding what you like to invest in their remodeling and what you expect for your money.
