Health. We simply can not do without them. One of the necessary evils of our life is that the device in the bathroom that sooner or later begin to have problems.
So when problems arise, what are you doing?
You have two options. One, hit the yellow pages and find a plumber. Two, facing the job yourself. Suggestion ... The first option will cost you dearly. However, there may be repairs to be left to the experts, just because it involves heavy lifting.
The toilets are not high-tech machines.
Bathrooms are very few parts. Not the bowl and tank, found in the back of the cup. First let's take a look at the cup.
The container is located directly on the ground. In the bottom of the cup there is a drainage hole. That hole is just inside the drain pipe in the ground. The drain pipe has a brass ring around the lip. The ring has flat head screws brass fit into slots in the ring and stick upright pending the cup is placed over the drain pipe. Slots allow the container to be placed over the stud bolts. To seal the tube and the hole is not a wax ring that is in the form of a large donut. The toilet is back or sideways, press the seal around the drain hole with your fingers and you're ready to go. All you have to do is place the cup over the drain hole, aligning the holes, press down the bowl, place the washers and nuts on the bolts and tighten slightly downward.
The deposit is in the tank. A rubber stamp is in the joint. Two screws with fiber washers hold the tank and bowl together.
Now for the tank. Inside the tank is a filling tube the center. Equipped in the pipe is a rubber flap that covers the drain hole. There are some different fins, but basically do the same job. The trap is attached to the handle discharge with a chain. Turn the handle, the chain lifts the trap is lifted allowing the water to clean the toilet. The trap can be easily replaced, since it has two ears to fit two fingers along each side of the ring that is placed in the fill pipe.
The floating system on the left of the tank is there for the job of filling the tank with water and stop the water when the tank is full. To replace the floating system, turn the water supply with locking device beneath and behind the toilet first. Empty the tank as possible and then dry the rest of the water with a sponge or cloth until there is nothing in the tank. Using a wrench, loosen the nut under the float system, which connects the small tube connecting the tank to supply water closure. The tube should now be free float system. Now there's only one more nut float system in the tank. Back one out. You need to get your head down so you can see the nut on the tank.
You should follow the instructions accompanying the flotation system for the placement of the two rubber washers and adjusting the height the buoy. Now you must connect the filler pipe floating system, the load adjustment clip on the tube and cut filler tube filling and place in the clip.
Now you should turn on the water, but only slightly. Check for leaks. Tighten things up so that all fittings are dry. Now fill the tank, check by flushing and see that the flap does its job. Place the lid of the tank on the top of the tank and wash it again a couple of times.
They have now completed their first toilet repair work. Congratulations!
