The handle will install vertically or horizontally. The One2flush uses a combination of head pressure in the tank and piston technology to not only use less water, but to give the water used more force to complete the job.The amount of water used in a half flush can be reduced to .8 gal(half flush) and 1.4 gal (full flush)in a 1.6 gallon toilet.
