Is there a way to repair a crack in porcelin toilet tank?

Yesterday I replaced the fill valve, flush valve and handle. It seems the toilet tank may have a very small crack on the bottom. The crack is running from front to back. It is very thin and barely visible, I'm not even sure it's a crack that goes all the way. If it is a crack, I think overtightened could have one of the screws that mount the tank to the bowl as the crack running through it. The tank and bowl are yellow, so it will be difficult to find a replacement tank in the same color, so if I can repair if possible. Is there a product that can repair the crack? Some sort of epoxy or glue, or something? There is also some way to confirm that the crack is leaking and not something else? Thank you very much for any advice!

Since its description sounds like you broke it. To test the filtering you want to dye the water with either a blue dye tablet or real. I do not suggest trying to repair cracked tank. Body weight and temperature variations can cause it to grow or expand over time. I do not want to be away from home with a leaking tank. Your best option is replaced.
