are plumbing leaks after repair common ground?

When I bought this house a few years ago there was a small crack in the concrete slab, inspectors and contractors could not say whether it was a contraction crack or the result of the solution (very common in the area in which we live). The previous owners ended up putting some batteries is based on a corner of the house. I think when that corner up the sewer connection to the shower and the tub (the bathroom is on the right) were aligned, because we started to have problems with the ground in front and carpet stains. Now I have to redo much of the plumbing and the doors are not shut down properly. I read the contract for the repair of the foundation and saying they are not responsible for plumbing problems that arise after the foundations are placed. If all had reasons to an inspector to enter and see all the pipes to ensure no leaks again due to the movement? Is this normal? Is this common?

Wow, that's not good. He worked as plumber doing service insurance claims, where the houses were moved and there must always be a drain test, called hydrostatic testing before and after repair the foundation. I would go to the previous owners to see if they had a hydrostat made after the foundation up. if they had a lab, and have documentation can save a lot of pain. Otherwise, you can have a lawyer and there are no guarantees, because its security is clearly the state that about the pipe. Some companies do that as part of its regular procedures, some not. Hopefully the trial period I had done, I know for sure many of them require a hydrostatic test after repair of the foundation as part of the claim. Start there and then maybe a lawyer but can not be great amount of resources. Best of luck.
